Privacy & cookie notice
This notice explains how ComputeCloud ("we", "us") uses personal data collected through https://computecloud.co.uk. We are the data controller. You can contact us about your data at hello@computecloud.co.uk.
What we collect
When you complete our assessment form we collect: your name, work email, phone number (optional), company, location, role, and your answers about your IT environment and plans. We also record the page you came from and campaign information (such as UTM tags) to understand which content is useful.
We do not collect special category data and ask that you don't include it in free-text fields.
How we use it and our lawful basis

Who we share it with
- Focus Group, our Microsoft delivery partner, which receives your enquiry so it can contact you, carry out the assessment and deliver any work you agree to. Focus Group acts as an independent controller of the data it receives and has its own privacy notice.
- Microsoft (Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Table Storage and Microsoft 365), which hosts this website and processes, stores and emails enquiry records on our behalf as a processor. Enquiry records are stored in Microsoft's UK South (London) region.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 24 months. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@computecloud.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site works without cookies. We only use analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) if you accept them in the cookie banner. These help us understand how the site is used. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. The form uses your browser's session storage (not a cookie) to remember which page you arrived on, and this is cleared when you close the tab.
